The water is crystal clear and is ideal for diving and snorkeling. The beach is partly fine sand, partly gravel and is sheltered from the wind. On one side with sun loungers and parasols, while on the other side of the bay the natural beach is adorned with beautiful rock formations.

At the time of Pleasure Bay in October, the Mediterranean off Crete has a temperature of around 20 degrees Celsius and is therefore wonderful for bathing, swimming, diving and snorkeling.
